3 Jeth 1803 Bk. (1746 CE) is the day when thousands of Sikhs attained martyrdom and it was the first major genocide against the Sikhs. This day is known as 'Chhota Ghalughara' meaning the smaller holocaust. Despite all odds, Sikhs did not leave their faith or the 5 Kakaars and instead preferred death.
